This Privacy Policy details how we handle data collected through our Coin Tab management platform, Deep Enforcer kiosk systems, and related utility applications. As a provider of B2B infrastructure for tablet rental businesses, our data collection focuses strictly on machine operation rather than end-user tracking.

2. Information We Collect

We collect essential operational data to ensure your hardware functions seamlessly:

Hardware Identifiers: MAC addresses, IP addresses, and device serial numbers used to authenticate nodes against your account.
Live Telemetry: Battery percentages, network signal strength, charging status, and active application states.
Financial Data: Coin insertion events, timestamps, generated revenue logs, and session durations.
Admin Credentials: Account information used by operators to access the VSkyenet Cloud Dashboard.

Important Note: We do NOT log keystrokes, browser history, or personal identifiable information (PII) of the customers renting your tablets. The Deep Enforcer locks down the device, and we only monitor the systemic health of that lock.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is strictly utilized for operational purposes:

Populating your real-time admin dashboard with live machine states.
Generating accurate revenue tracking and history reports.
Identifying hardware failures (e.g., disconnected chargers, offline nodes).
Authenticating over-the-air protocol updates and remote firmware flashing.

All telemetry data is transmitted using modern encryption protocols (TLS 1.3). Data at rest is stored in secure, redundantly backed-up cloud infrastructure. Administrative passwords are hashed and salted; VSkyenet staff cannot view your password.

VSkyenet does not sell, rent, or lease your operational or financial data to third-party advertisers or brokers. Data may only be shared with cloud hosting providers necessary to maintain the service infrastructure, subject to strict confidentiality agreements.
