1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the VSkyenet Utility App, Deep Enforcer Android Client, or the VSkyenet Cloud Dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our software.

2. Description of Service

VSkyenet provides a software suite designed to lock down Android tablets ("Coin Tabs") and integrate them with hardware coin acceptors for automated rental operations. The service includes local utility flashing tools and a remote web dashboard.

3. Operator Responsibilities & Liability

As the operator ("You"), you are entirely responsible for the deployment of this software on your physical hardware.

Physical Security: VSkyenet provides software-level lockdown. We are not liable for the physical theft, damage, or vandalism of your tablets or coin enclosures.
Compliance: You must ensure that your coin-operated rental business complies with all local laws, permits, and taxation requirements.
Hardware Compatibility: While we support a wide range of devices, we do not guarantee functionality on non-standard, heavily modified, or legacy hardware.

Disclaimer of Warranties: The VSkyenet software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free.

4. Deep Enforcer Usage

The Deep Enforcer module modifies fundamental Android system behaviors (Kiosk Mode/Screen Pinning). You understand that improper usage or flashing incorrect payloads via the VSkyenet Utility may result in devices requiring a factory reset. VSkyenet is not liable for data loss on target devices.

5. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the VSkyenet Dashboard immediately, without prior notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms (e.g., attempting to reverse-engineer the protocol, bypassing licensing, or using the platform for illegal activities).
